National Park of the Sierra Nevada
One of the most beautiful and highest points in Spain is the National Park of the Sierra Nevada.
This national park contains some of the most spectacular scenery and includes some fifteen peaks over 3000 meters.
The city of Granada neighbors the natural park to the south east.
One of the natives the national park is the mountain goat. The national park boasts a first class ski resort.
Unlike some of the Spanish national parks that have limited access, the National Park of the Sierra Nevada has no such restrictions.
In keeping with protecting the environment, however there are conservation rules that must be followed.
