There are always two consistencies to all meals in that are bread and drinks, which more often than not is coffee.

The first meal of the day in Spain is El Desayuno or breakfast. It is the smallest meal, served early in the morning and generally has coffee, frothy milk, cheese,
toast and Bollos or sweet rolls with jam. Breakfast is normally held in the home in Spain.

La Comida or lunch, which is the largest meal of the day in Spain, generally last from 1:30 to 3:30.
An average meal served during this time will have a light soup or vegetables, fresh meat or fish, fried potatoes and a hearty stew. This is then followed with salad, and dessert
served with coffee.

The last main meal of the day is La Cena or dinner; this meal, in Spain, is generally smaller than lunch and eaten anywhere from 9 o’clock at night
to midnight.
You can expect seafood or other meat fried potatoes or
rice.
The dessert is normally the flan or custard typical of Spain meals.
