If you are not a large milk fan then you can try the Cafe cortado Espresso that only has a drop of milk in it.
Another coffee in Spain is the Cafe manchado, this is for those that love the flavor of coffee but not the kick since it is milk with a little coffee added.
For those needing to cut out the caffeine but not the coffee you can try the Café descafeinado.
Finally for those hot days in Spain or you just want something refreshing but delicious you can try the Café con hielo. The Café con hielo is basically ice with an espresso poured over it.
