Customs Formalities in Spain
For anyone travelling in or out of Spain, you need to be aware of the customs allowances.
Going into Spain, you’re allowed most of your personal stuff, some electrical goods like video and still cameras, etc.
You can also take up to 400 cigarettes and 1 litre of liquor.
If you’re travelling back from Spain, it’s slightly different depending on where you’re from.
EU citizens have virtually no limit, whereas Canadians or US citizens travelling back from Spain are allowed between $750 and $800 duty free respectively.
For any traveller in and out of Spain, always check with your own consulate as to what’s allowed.
