Drinking in Greece

In Greece, "to drink" it’s like a culture.
The Greeks drink moderate amounts of beer and wine and especially the famous Greek Retsina.
In social gatherings in Greece they tend to bond better with friends and families and to escape from the main jobs of a daily routine.
Easter in Greece is a spectacle especially in rural areas and the islands where religious celebrations in combination of food like lamp on a spit, the Greeks consume a large amount of wine.
In some regions in Greece like the island of Crete they produce alcohol based on drink called raki or tsipouro. It’s served in a small glass and sipped at once as it is a very strong traditional drink.
