The Reichstag

The Reichstag is The German parliament building near the Brandenburg gate.
It has a large glass construction on top with a great view of Berlin.
The new glass cupola were designed by Sir Norman Foster and now became one of Berlin's most popular attractions.
Its troubled history is a reflection of turbulent times in German history from the 19th century onwards.
The dome is open to the public and provides a fantastic panoramic view of the city.
